RETURN POLICY
All returns accepted withing 30 days of receiving the product as long as there are no visible signs of wear. Sorry, but shipping will not be refunded. After 30 days, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the refund. Any defective articles will be replaced or refunded immediately within 3 months of purchase, assuming the damage did not come from use or misuse.
SHIPPING
Your order will ship as soon as possible, but please allow 3 weeks. We charge a flat rate of $6 for domestic shipping, regardless of the number of items. We thank you for your support in this way. International items will be subject to the actual shipping charges as determined by the postal service.
WASHING/DRYING
Please note we dye all of our organic cotton, and thus, fabric color may vary. We use the least-toxic methods of dying we know of (to benefit the wearer, the earth, and of course us, as we are dying it), and as a result, the fabric can not sit wet for an extended period in the washing machine without the colors bleeding. We have found that because it is not as toxic as most mainstream methods it is also not as color-fast. That said, we have had no problems with it when properly laundered: Please machine wash in cold water with like colors. Remove promptly from washing machine and either line dry, dry flat or tumble dry. All fabric has been laundered, and will not shrink. Because of the nature of knit fabrics, they stretch a bit as you wear them (throughout the day or over multiple wearings), and then resume their original size after washing. With all articles, we recommend you ask us if you have any questions and remind you that we will assume no responsibilities for harm or damage that comes from laundering. (Wool Cappy Caps must be hand washed in cold water with mild/wool detergent and dry flat).
SIZING
At sassy knitwear, we are aware of the madness of sizing. We do our best to adhere to some sort of “industry standard”. Baby and kids clothes are fairly straight forward, but we do recommend buying a larger size if you are unsure. As for women’s clothes, the sizes are typically xs, s, m, l. Most of our knits are designed to show off your lovely curves, not hide them. Also, because of the fact that they are all knit, not woven, they will stretch somewhat and fit a variety of bodies and are sometimes given two sizes, such as M-L. If you are unsure, please email us for assurance and for plus sizes or unique bodies inquire about a special order just for you.
